I'm going to have a poll in asking you, the members, about whatever new modifications that you wish to be added to the forums. I'm not going to over-burden with too many and make it complicated and slow loading. I shall suggest some here, you can reply back if you would like it installed. Post back your own if you got any.

1) Instant post redirection: Redirects instantly after posting a message instead of showing the 'Your message has been posted.' page for 3 seconds.

2) Style'able colorful usernames: Allows users to stylize the way their username displays in ways such as
-border
-color
-background
-font style
-text decoration
-font weight

3) Cash Mod: Earn points for your activities. You can use points for any game or any user-shops (avatars, etc.) that you host on the forum.

4) Karma: It's self-explanatory. Either you get negative or positive karma for your activities and behavour on the forum. i.e. +1/-1 by other members or by the Staff. So eventually, the more the positive karma, the better.

5) Milestone Congratulations: Enables the setup of milestones for members to reach. These may consist of (numbers freely adjustable): Making the 1000th post, creating the 1000th topic or registering as the 50th user. The user accomplishing a goal will be displayed on the index page until the next milestone is reached. Upon reaching a milestone the counter automatically increments by an (once again) adjustable amount.

6) Thanks for posts: adds possibility to thank the author of the message (to cancel gratitude).

7) RSS SmartFeed: As requested by taninamdar. Provides RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0, Atom 1.0 customized newsfeeds. Users select forums they want.

8) Topic Text in Mouse Over: Will allow the text from the first post in a topic to display in the mouse over of a topic. We had this in our previous forum. It's useful to preview contents of a post from the forum page itself.

9) User Blogs: Allows members to have a blog on the forum, attached with their account.

10) User status: A facebook style status message that users can set below their nicknames.

11) Mood Swings: Adds the ability for users to set their current mood which is then displayed in viewtopic and profile page.

Maybe since you don't require RSS feeds, but they're quite useful if you're subscribed to too many blogs, you can check new posts from your feed reader. I thought we already got one, but I guess we don't on this new forums. Taninamdar requested it. Will implement it shortly.
