 Best Legendary in Ruby/Sapphire What do you think? Who is the BEST legendary of the 3rd Generation??? My vote goes to Kyogre - what about you

I was batteling with my friend (@adyniz- he was arpan) on an orkut pokemon community and he koed my nearly whole team with a groudon.
It is lot powerful bcoz his ability: drought and solarbeam combo.
Groudon is awesome.
More than kyogre. Even if it has type advantage.
But what about my question?
Deoxys is generation 3 pokemon. SO deoxys is best.

Re: Best Legendary in Ruby/Sapphire True but in base stats etc Kyogre, Groudon and Rayquaza are much better than Deoxys. But If you can Ev train it then, GAGH!

But once I managed to catch mewtwo in ultra ball and guess what, I caught suicune in my master ball(Chamander starter).

Re: Best Legendary in Ruby/Sapphire But shift f1 is the saving thing. Not much of a cheat lol. Kyogre wasnt as hard as catching an Articuno though. And Rayquaza isnt as hard as both of them for some strange reason.
