• The first individual or "Early Bird" winner to register a new account on the site (includes email activation) after the site launch time (31.05.2009 @ 13:37hrs IST) shall be eligible to win 1 "Pokémon Diamond/Pearl DS Lite Touchpen with Screen Cleaner from TakaraTomy".
• The next 2 winners shall be chosen from a random lucky draw from the list of members registered and activated within 24 hours of launch (i.e. until 01.06.2009 @ 13:37hrs IST). Each of them will be eligible either for 1 "Pokémon Diamond/Pearl DS Lite Touchpen with Screen Cleaner from TakaraTomy" or the Grand Prize of 1 "Pokémon Platinum Official Prima Strategy Guide".
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for the equivalent amount of cash. In case the product is not available or in stock at the time of shipping, you shall be compensated with a similar one.
• Administrators and Moderators of DeSiPokemon Forums are not eligible for participating in the contest. The decision of the administrators shall be final and binding. DeSiPokemon has the right to revoke the contest at any time without prior notice.
• The contest is not limited to Indian residents only, but the shipping of the prizes is restricted to Indian addresses only (to save on shipping costs).
