To be frank, even I don't know the answer to that question!

Some guy on the netbattles told me that Diglett have roots! One other guy thinks, Digletts are like a long earthworm with two heads, one goes up and thw other comes down!

What's your theory on this weird pokemon called Diglett?

Hey there! Welcome to the forums! ^_^

Well, I can tell you that Digletts are really quite small pokemon, without much benieth them. (You can tell this by watching Orange League Ep. 166 - The Underground Round-up where a guy has a diglet living in his hat! ^_^ ). But yeah, Ive often wondered what the other side of a diglet looks like!

hmm... maybe... I have no idea! =/

About the diglett; I think its meant to be an earth worm thing... Maybe they made a mistake in the ep - they actually do that surprisingly often. If you go back and watch them, its actually quite amazing how many mistakes there are! ^_^;

I've always thought Digletts were flat at the bottom, Haha.. and maybe they just crawl to move around, with maybe some soft feet-like structures.. whatever :mrgreen:

Well, it seems to have feet, as mentioned in PMD Rescue team...
Claws, most likely, for they use Slash and stuff!

I think that under diglett is a portal. I'm serious, so stick with me here. Remeber that episode with the pokemon ranger and deoxys, and how deoxys can open up a portal to another dimesion of some sort? Well, i think all pokemon could do that at some point, and they either lost the ability, or just choose not to do it anymore. However, diglett retained that ability, and moves using that. The currents of extra-dimensional space create the tunnels it digs, and is so sharp it can cause a scratch or aerial ace attack. Finally, when diglett evolves, it just gets bigger, and can't get through the hole it creates, so it needs two other digletts to help it make a bigger hole, and they just all come out together.

Actually there's another Diglett below the Diglett and there's another Diglett below that Diglett after that There comes a Diggerby.
And this series continue with all ground.

That's a dirty question. You know, what could be under a digglet...
