Re: Who deserves to be 'Mega' Mewtwo was forgotten for the long time in anime as well as the games.Despite being the very powerful Pokemon,Arcues was laid on him.So he deserves the most to be the Mega Pokemon.Game Developers didn't even give it the signature move till Generation V despite being the hero of the very first movie.
