 Which is the best ULTIMATE Starter Move? In Gen IV, there were 3 moves announced: Frenzy Plant,Blast Burn and Hydro Cannon. These moves can only be learned by Final Evolutions of starter Pokemon. Every one of these have 150 power and Pokemon need to recharge after using the move. Which one of these from these 3 is the best? I think its Blast Burn because my Typhlosion has it. Tell yours by voting or replying
