If you want to find the skarmory which is the boss then its at My.Steel and you can find wild skarmory at The Wish Cave and at The Western Cave(where you have mewtwo).

In English the Orgel is called the Music Box and you get when the Rock Part,Ice Part and Steel Part which is the remains of the regis and it help in attracting Mew.
