Permission 4 hindi Audio

hello mods i wanna ask that i m going to encode the Diamond Pearl 1st episode in tripple audio. since i dont hav any sources 4 hindi audio so i just downloaded the ones posted here. so do i hav the permission to use hindi audio?? pls reply soon. i am also planning to provide subs 4 this one. so 3 audio+subs.
