I'm not sure which I should pick. Misdreavus seems very annoying and would be a great staller and its evo isnt so bad. Murkrow's evo is a good pokemon with decent attack.

Sandslash cause it can beat up onix and its evo pretty much with a few ground moves. Depends!

Charizard vs Raichu
Both of them same level, but raichu knows no electric moves and is stuck with double edge, quick attack, double team and substitue while charizard only knows fire punch and flare blitz as attacking moves. The other two are growl and substitute. Both of them are ev trained but raichu has the better nature. Charizard is a sub salac movesetter and raichu is a sub leichi movesetter. Enough of an explanation?
