I need pokemon HEART GOLD / SOULSILVER pc rom in english .. i have japnese version n i don't know how to patch it in english version anyone here can help me out ?? 0r give me the link from where i can download the english version ??

HeartGold/SoulSilver will be out in the United States in Spring 2009, so wait till then. If you can't, check out the SoulSilver Translation Project.
