The battle between mewtwo and Arcues will be awesome.I think mewtwo should be the strongest Pokemon.I do not like Arcues.

Yes as he can be any type due to his plates.If they made another plate,it would conflict with M12

All the other plates occupy all of the space.Now they won't be able to insert another plate other wise,it would conflict with Movie 12

Movie 12 is Pokemon Arcues and the Jewel of life which showed all of the 17 plates of Arceus
