I don't think the poll is that bad that any one hasn't replied yet.
Anyways I vote for Cynthia for the toughest of all.
Not all of her Pokemon are tough but that Garchomp.
He always knocks out my Infernape.

Well I think its Red because his Pokemon are ALOT tougher than Cynthia's

See,I completely forgot him.I think I should remove the option because red is not champion.But still a toughest opponent of all times.

Yes. And even worse when you are doing a Nuzlocke/Sleeplocke/Wedlocke challenge.
