Well it was originally started in orkut community Pokemon India
Rules are simple.......Create a move not present in any of the games (TIME TO SHOW OFF UR IMAGINATIONS!! )

For Example.....
Move left (o.O) Really this is not possible in any Pokemon game!!

Anyway....To be serious
Blazingshock
Power - 60
PP - 15
Accuracy - 100%
A powerful combination of the ember and the thundershock......Leaves the opponent in pain....

Description: In 1st term, user digs and in 2nd turn, user comes out attacking the foe with stream of water like geysers.
Power 80

Hydro Blitz.
Description:
It is a powerful combination move created by mixing up HYDRO PUMP (HYDRO) and FLARE BLITZ (BLITZ).
Power = 120
Accuracy = 90%
PP = 5 (MAx PP wil be 10, if you use any PP up potion thing)

This will be super effective against GRASS and ROCKS types as well.
When a pokemon use this move then it will throw some water (like water gun) and a big fire ball will be surrounded by that water.

Water + Fire type move

*cough* Misty's Gyrados can use Flamethrower. Then how can i water type knows a fire type move. I know its a dragon type too but still *cough*

Evade
Can evade all the moves that are not flying type.
100% hitting.

Gyarados is not dragon type.
It is water/flying.
So...

Gyrados is a water dragon and its appearence enables it to use Dragon type attacks. Also adyniz is aware of Gyrados' type since he is a Bulbapedian. Also anime doesn't count.

Does anime say that gyarados is dragon type??
