Each movie of Dragon Ball series featured a strong villian with some of them having special powers like that of Broly.
Here are some of them.
Garlic Junior in the movie : Dead Zone.

Broly :Legendary Super Sayian
Bojack :Bojack Unbound
Broly in the movie :Broly Second Coming

Yes I am right.Goku was able to defeat it with all of his allies.Broly was complete savage.
