Goku+Vegeta=Gogeta
Goku+Vegeta=Vegito
Goten+Truns=Gotenks
Kibito+Supreme Kai=Kibito Kai
Piccolo+Kami+Neil=Kamicolo(Commanly called Piccolo)

No that doesn't exist.Goku and Gohan planned to do but Gohan died before it happens.

They ask the Dragon to revive the person back.
Earthian Dragon can grant 1 wish and can recover the person only 1 time back to life.
Namekian Dragon however can grant 3 wishes.

No.Blue Dragon is completely diffferent anime.Dragon Ball have still many dragon which I didn't mention
