Have one arm up high and the other arm low, and call out "Ka!"
Now move the upper arm down and the lower arm up
until the two arms are spread apart.
While moving your arms, call out "Me!"
Straighten your arms and bring them in front of you.
Place the bottom palm of your hands together, and call out "Ha!"
Now bring the arms back to the side of your waist (Doesn't matter if it's right or left )
Leaving the hands open and the palms touched, Call out "Me!"
Power is charged up with within the palm of your hands
Then, when you have enough energy in your attack, call out "Ha!" and fire the attack at your enemy.

That's cool! I've read that on Suta Ratio last year or so, but I must admit, its really helpful for people who think they really have powers!!!!
(Fictitious powers!!!)
I hate Blissey eggs for breakfast, nor do i enjoy those Skarmory leg pieces.
