Charizard (lvl 93) flamethrower, heat wave, wing attack, dragon rage
Pidgot (lvl 50 training) wing attack, fly, gust, quick attack
Raichu (lvl 65 training) thundershock, thunderbolt, slam, thunder
Dragonite (lvl 100 trained legitimate) Slam, Hyper beam, Wing attack, Outrage
Mewtwo (lvl 70 just started training) original move-set
Suicune (lvl 50 just caught by accident) original move-set.

I also trained Charizard,Pidgeot and Raichu so in my opinion this team is best to defeat the Champion Blue.

I played game 3 times and the most enjoyable was the first time cause I did pass every problem at my own

I too have played many times but the emulator kept crashing so I never could reach till Blue.

Don't you use Visual Boy Advance.It never crashes.
