These are confirmed to be the Starters

Species: New Leaf Pokemon

ポッチャマ ( Pocchama)

ヒコザル ( Hikozaru)

And the answer to the question of the monkey evolving to the last state I think it will look like Slowking of Ruby/Sapphire/Emarald version I guess. ( Not Sure )
