I restarted the game using the emulator .
I named him *******.
It's fun with the Dialouge.
Rival Mom: Has anyone seen my little *******?
and after Earthquake at Canalave
Rowan: That *******....can't sit still for a moment, can he?

I name him Douche. Or rather A douche. That way the game says A Douche challenged you

Gary sounds best. I name each rival as Gary in every name. Except may, u cant rename her 
I WANT TO BE A POKEMON MASTER, AND NO MATTER WHAT I WILL BE IT.
And look I am Pokemon master now
