Well I know I mentioned it to you in chat NiSh but I have some new ideas about it....

I was wondering if we could have small chat window for each topic where we could have offtopic discussions.....
Also the icon of pokeball can be modified for showing presence of new chats there......Upper part red for new post (proper ones) in the topic/forum and other colour on lower half of Pokeball for offtopic ones.......

This way we won't be needing to lock any more topics now!!

I'm sorry but you're the first one I believe to come up with this innovative idea, hehe.. Well because I guess you're the first one to keep going off-topic

So I don't think I'll find any such mod for it readily available. For now please use the [ offtopic ] bbcode.

well yeah going off-topic isn't a big-deal just not to make the topic something else.

If we cut of offtopic thre will be no posts at all.

One more thing, why DPf is giving me error "The submitted form was invalid. Try submitting again." every time.

adyniz, are you using some typical features or normal posts? Since I got it once when trying to add a Youtube video.

Well going *always* off-topic isn't the right way really for a message board. We've had activity since 4+ years but posts have always been to-the-point, with very little discussions probably going off the topic. That is why we've had more threads opened as compared to how only chats are going on in the same thread on and on regardless of where the chat is going, or what new topic you wish to start talking about. That actually makes it cumbersome for someone to indulge into a thread if you just have chats going on and you leave no space for the person to actually talk something on the topic.

No seriously, feel free to shift your chats to The Lounge.. make new threads on whatever randomness, and carry on. But please don't lead genuine threads to completely off-topic marks where no one can talk about it further. It's a humble request. Thanks.
