Its a good idea, but I say that to awake the legendary pokémon we need to catch some specific pokémon and keep them in our party while in the Adobe of the MAIN PoKéMoN.

For that you need a check pokemon script and I'll need to look that up, not sure on how to progress with that.
Anyway I havent started hacking yet, we need a name for the rom. And we need to make some basic town/route/cave/river/place names as well. Build a framework and then proceed. We also need a list of pokemon that we'll include from 4th and 5th. I think I know a way to get those free slots fixed.
So far we have: Victini, Heatran. Around 19 or 20 pokemon can be fit in I think. We can have a few starters and some pokemon. We can also kill some of the older pokemon, I vote for Goldeen's death!

So my friend this the list I made. One thing, if we use those three pans'(pansage, pansear, panpour) for starters it would be new and something special. Evolutions of those pokémon is not necessary as it would nedd more space we need to replace the existing ones.
Replacement of the following pokémon would be good-
Goldeen(Bonsly), Seaking(Mime Jr.), Voltorb(Zorua), Electrode(Zoroark), Pikachu(Shinx), Zubat(Axew), Golbat(Fraxure), Crobat(Weavile), Hitmonlee(Sawk), Hitmonchan(Throh).

So we can add some of the evos using the free slots...you know like Haxorus, Carracosta, Floatzel etc? I vote for the voltrob killings as well...
Replace pichu family with shinx family, zubat family with axew family, and dunno, what else are we missing?

I prefer not to use the final evolutions of pokémon like Tepig, Snivy, Oshawott and some others coz they are very different from their basic forms.

We should make the cities not in nintendo style they should look like real life cities. Means, for example Pallet Town is with town in its name but it looks much smaller then a village, its like a camping place. in our hack it should not be like this. I'll make some samples to show you.
